The third exhibition from the collection of Alexander Kerezov in Academia Gallery is called “Known – Unknown, Famous – Unknown Authors”. It represents a time travel from the Liberation till the second half of the 20th century. Works of 60 famous masters and lesser-known authors, whose names and creative biographies have been shaped only in recent decades, are presented. Among the famous ones are also those, who have worked for years abroad and have merged with the local dynamics of the artistic processes, as well as foreigners. The exhibition includes works from painting, drawing and sculpture. Some of them are iconic, others complement the ideas of famous paintings, third are completely unknown, true discoveries.
